The overall trend of the SP is DOWN. POET management is burning mucho dinero and continually pushing back milestones. Apparently China is having riots and discontent. So there's a new list of excuses when milestones are pushed back last minute in 2023.

It's a fantasticly promising technology that unfortunately has only partially been proven in crude non commercially viable lab samples. Poet management has also admited challenges building commercial samples for "legacy" products such as 100/200G optical transceivers. If poet management is looking to have the legacy products out the door by end of 2023 there should be commercial

Unfortunately management and the promoters have a track record of over promising and under delivering. Evidence numero Uno is the SP hanging out around 52week lows. If you want a reality check, their youtube channels shows the crude lab samples while their latest podcast with semiconductor weekly explains their delays in legacy 100/200G still in the "validation" and no clear date for end

The devils in the details. If pooet and duper photonics don't have pre-production commercial samples ready, you have to fill in the blanks and read between the lines when pooet management provides unrealistic timelines. There's no time for 3rd party validation and then having enough time to manufacture and assemble before end of 2023. You can also look back at their track record for
