According to the poster outtahere following up on Cookie Monster's post that I posted here, "Those 773,000 shares by non corporate insiders are likely acquired via employee stock option plan (ESOP) as part of the company's benefit package. Only if they keep their shares. Buying shares is one thing. Keeping shares is another. They are no insiders. So, the only record is of their buys. They may or may not have sold. There is your detail devil.
