The shorters would be the ones according to that theory that participate in the ATM. They will be the first ones to know when the ATM opens and closes. They are not fooling any potential shorters. Poet simply needs to learn to spell it out. Without weaselwords. Production ready is not an accepted term in the stock market. What does it mean? Other than they declare they never made a single one.

I think it's obvious there's a no one shorting this. Once it's clear poet management cancelled the ATM due to lack of interest, the selling will resume.
