Financing needs to close
Like yesterday.
Why, oh, why did they not wait making the deal public till the price was set?
This still needs answered.
Set the price and close the deal to stop the decline. Can we get some urgency?

I'm sure the pooet management have urgency since they want $$$ to make their payroll. I'm not sure the financiers have urgency to give the pooet management the $$$$ though. Lol
