the only thing that matters is the cash on hand. if Poet cannot raise cash the share price does not matter. soon enough it would be game over. that is why the silence re the financing is so maddening. they have to stretch it till the last moment? very despicable. cannot emphasize that enough.

reason for that,is cuz the financing is Not filled.otherwise we would have heard something by now.. Revenue is still 2 years away ,so can't see the SP recovering any time Soon.They need to raise at least 20-30 Mill to cover the burn until they start generating sales and avoid being  fried altogether.
