So now management has decided that they need to TARGET the type of investor that could invest in POET. Going to Wall Street to seek institution and big money investors was a waste of time and money. Looking at the type of IR companies that were announced, which may suggest underlying conditions at the company, this could very well be a sell on news moment. The type of investors that invest in small cap vs mid or large cap, are more likley to monetize the paper given the inherent volatility.
