Not only did he step down, but it's also notable that Vivek was left out of the options grant in February.
This also doesn't pass the smell test.

It was his job to commercialize the gadgets. But he has been silent for quite some time. Poet does not report, so we simply do not know what to make of that.

Seems obvious to me..Vivek was da man. who was brought on board to take Poet to market. It's also evident that after 4 years,the commercialisation process has proved an epic fail. He is being kept on as a consultant and I would Imagine that he will still be paid handsomely for his services. sounds and Smells like another Ajit M. maneuver to me..jmo
