Primera Energy Resources Ltd. has provided a corporate update.
Optimal block WD-4
Primerahas spudded the first of at least two planned sidetrack redrill wellsto be drilled in this quarter. The well is planned to be drilled to adepth of approximately 5,300 feet to recover stranded reserves from theUpper and Lower Forest formations which were producing in the originalPS 131 well. The original well went off production at a rate of 60barrels of oil per day. This planned sidetrack redrill is expected toencounter a total of approximately 270 feet of net pay. Drilling isexpected to take approximately 15 days from spudding.
