Power Metals Corp. is a Canada-based diversified mining company. The principal business of the Company is the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of resource properties. Its exploration project includes Case Lake property. Case Lake Property is located in Steele and Case townships, 80 km east of Cochrane, NE Ontario, close to the Ontario-Quebec border. The Case Lake pegmatite swarm consists of six spodumene dykes: North, Main, South, East and Northeast Dykes on the Henry Dome and the West Joe Dyke on a new tonalite dome. The Case Lake Property is 10 km x 9.5 km in size and consists of 475 cell claims. The Case Lake pegmatite swarm occurs along a sub provincial boundary between the metasedimentary Opatica Sub province to the north and greenstone Abitibi Sub province to the south. The Company has staked the Pelletier Project consisting of approximately 337 mineral claims that account for total surface area of 7000 hectares in northeast Ontario , approximately 50 km south of Hearst .

As well as the new appointed director:

Aldrin Resource Corp. has appointed Brian LaRocco as a director of the company.

Mr. LaRocco has most recently held senior-level real estate executive positions with land development companies. In those capacities, he was responsible for several key functions, including project risk management, corporate risk management, finance, debt and equity sourcing. Prior to that, he was a senior financial statement auditor for Arthur Andersen and KPMG, with clients ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Mount Saint Mary College, a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Quinnipiac University as well as an active certified public accountant licence in New York state. He currently resides in Phoenix, Ariz., with his wife and two daughters.

Aldrin chief executive officer Johnathan More stated that, "We are extremely pleased to have Brian join the board of Aldrin at a time the company is about to embark on an aggressive phase of exploration of its primary property, the Triple M and examination of additional prospective targets."

The company also wishes to thank Edward Marlow who is resigning from the board of directors but has agreed to remain as an adviser to Aldrin. Mr. Marlow's continued involvement with the company in an advisory capacity will be of benefit to the shareholders.
