Share Price or Total Value

Share Price or Total Value

So the company is valued at an 80m market cap.

If you think about that versus share price appreciation it certainly can help with why or when you'd sell.  It's surprising to see about one thirds of total shares outstanding trade hands.

If the drill shows this company's resources into the billion+ range (potential is very probable). The company can produce some very strong profits in the future.

This makes a 300M + market gap within the range of an expected outcome.  That would make the value of each share $2.20 which is my own share price target today.

I think the reason these shares are being gobbled up as fast as the retail owners can sell 'at new highs' is because the market cap for Power Metals is vastly under its potential.

To be clear I'm not suggesting it will be worth 300m tomorrow or next month but not only did we end at a 52 week high this week we hit a five year + high!

The external environment is driving potential and a significantly different way to view the value of this company than last year and certainly five years ago.

The governments are chasing lithium as future tax base, the consumer demand is growing because the future of battery is now, security and national production has shifted to crucial, and cesium is deemed critical and the worlds almost out!   To top it off we've got a partner in Winsome with the ability to drive this company forward both financially and via experience!

It is extremely hard to have the patience to hold this through.   I expect we will have some retracement at some point which will make it even harder to hold but as long as the fundamental story remains as it is or gets more exciting this is a great speculative play!

Another great week!   Enjoy the weekend whether you've sold and cashed out or are counting your trading account balance and dreaming of the next few months!
