RE:Boots are on the ground!

RE:Boots are on the ground!Im curious what your thoughts are on the deal? To be honest I'm not super hot on the swap now that I've had time to ruminate on it- I would've personally much preferred to see Power Metals hyper focus on Case Lake and rush that to production.

Adding two speculative properties to the portfolio seems like a strange play to me. I was going through the Australian side of the equation yesterday when news broke, and some, not all, investors in Winsome seemed to feel they were getting the better end of the bargain given the two properties in question are largely unexplored. (The HotCopper forum isnt super intuititive, but its a good place to see Winsome investors sentiment)

Seeing Winsome this confident in Case Lake however, upping their holdings to almost 20% and I believe with the option still to increase that to almost 30% with the $.40 warrants, this is really looking tasty. I wonder how much the dynamic between PWM and WR1, and PWM's desire to maintain a solid working relationship moving forward played into the final terms of this swap.

I would love to get more experienced folks opinions on it!

Finally, very excited to see the line "We also look forward to providing the market with an update at Case Lake in the coming days." in todays news annoucement!
