Thats when the deal was signed , Winsome took it over from Sinomine [ Chinese company ] when the Canadian government made them  give their share of Power Metals up.

So why would pwm waste time and money drilling the property if winsome own 100 percent of it??Any thoughts??Am I missing something here.?
Comment by frewil11 on Apr 04, 2024 4:30am
I give up Larder , I have explained the offtake and copied and pasted the actual terms of the deal numerous times .

So I know pwm owns 100 percent of the property but did they not lose 100 percent of the royalties by signing that agreement with Winsome???I'm not seeing were pwm is getting 95 percent of royalties..sorry I'm the new guy on the block ..

Ya no problem,  wasn't trying to be sarcastic or anything,  alot of posters have shown up of late trying to spread a negative spin on the company. GL

Wise move! Thing are just getting started and for millions of shares dropped all were picked up same day on the cheap! Good luck!

Fre I'm not sure who you are referring to regarding negative posters as there were none yesterday. If you are suggesting me, I was asking for clarity on the Winsome deal - becasue the stock was dropping like a rock and there wasn't enough info on the news release as it suggest Winsome had rights to 100%. BTW I was a buyer yesterday at .37 and today at .36 after some clarity on here ...more

It was more on the CEO.CA board , but ya I agree the 100% offtake deal does sound like all the product goes to Winsome , but 95 % sales goes to Power Metals and Winsome gets 5% , it probably would be a good idea for the company to clarify that , it's even hard to find the description of the deal in the past news releases , Good Luck.
Comment by Larder111 on Apr 04, 2024 10:29am
Yes that is why I was confused ,and yes I think Winsome only gets a percentage of it.Why would they drill the property if they had no revenues from it.But also read that Winsome hey gets 5 %but read a different article saying they get 19.95%.Can someone clarify this for us thanks
Comment by frewil11 on Apr 04, 2024 10:40am
I never saw that , I hope thats not the case , maybe they were referring to the amount of outstanding shares Winsome owns. Another clause that Power Metals got put into the offtake deal was if at anytime Power Metals wants to end the deal they can pay Winsome 8 million dollars , this was because if they had received a buy out offer from another company .

Yes saw that .They covered their butt by doing that and that's why I jumped in .
