https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwNE1A5cFj8&t=1486s+ Go to 36:34 and listen to Chris Evans and Howard talk about not only OEM'S wanting to complete the loop but also the provinces who would love to have a complete loop within the province. He also suggested that in Quebec's case he felt that they would be more apt to invest if a loop was completed all within Quebec. I have to think Premier Ford in Ontario would have the same desire. The other interesting part of the puzzle is Evans says they have had discussions with Japan and South Korea and that he has a trip planned to meet with them again 10 days after the utube was done. This puzzle just keeps getting more interesting.
