RE: RE: RE: RE: newsAs for the return of the high trading volumes, please correct me if I am wrong, but aren't the institutions involved in the financing shut out from trading this company until the financing is completed and approved since they are privy to information germaine to the company and they cannot be seen to manipulate the market during this "QUIET PERIOD". Does anyone know if this is true?
