At this point of time, the reserve engineers would give only a fraction of that number. PXM and BUK will want to prove up alot more reserves before they even think about selling. Both companies could be taken out though...but for a much bigger SP than present -heres hoping!

Whatever Utility owns the gas-fired plant nearby with "unused capacity" sure would be a candidate to buy these juniors!

Condensate sells almost at the price of light crude. In Edmonton its in big demand because it is used as a diluent (thinner) to move all tar sands production down the pipelines to the refinery. Liquids (Pentanes/Butanes) are also very valuable but prices recieved can vary depending on local usuage.
