RE: Finally NEWS

RE: Finally NEWS

I would agree. It is pretty weak.

Paramax is a clean shell with $3 million that is now going to pay out $190,000 in finders fees and double the number of shares outstanding to acquire 2 graphite exploration projects. The fact that graphite was a brief investment fad that came and went within 6 months in 2012 leads me to believe the projects have little or no value and Salida is just preying someone with a bit of money helps dig them out of their bad investment.

I am more than a bit curious what the real motivation of the current directors of Paramax would be to accept such a weal deal. Do they actually think it is going to benefit the Paramax shareholders or do they want to line their own pockets with big salaries and directors fees which will come out of the treasury at the expense of the Paramax shareholders just like this $190,000 finders fee. Spekaing of the FF it would be intersting to know who owns Belmont Capital Corp and if there is any connection to any of the existing directors of Paramax. Does anyone have that information ?
