Original shareholders of Mega Graphite have voted against the structure as Salida offered a very silly deal. Original shareholder's of Cardinal Expolration who sold their graphite claims to Mega are currrently talking to outside lawyers to take back graphite clams. From initial talks with Stikeman It looks like Cardinal will be successful.
