Thejesus...Why do you think BUK over PXM

Compare BUK's share structure to PXM's...
How about BUK's significant debt...PXM has none...
Sure BUK has some North Sea assets, but they are expensive to drill and develop...Durango was a bit of a fiasco IMO...

Thoughts?

BUK is selling their north sea gas assets which could make them debt free and also give them a fair chunk of change to develop the Idaho asset whereas PXM will likely need to raise more cash via equity hence more dilution coming and the reason the stock is trading lower. That's how I see it but could be wrong.

If they sold Durango alone the debt would be wiped out now.If they kept it and let it flow at the current rate the debt would be wiped out later.150 million dollars is worth the same over 6 years as it is over 2.The waveny platform situation slowed them down by not being able to finance drilling on their other prospects.But that is even less important than coming up dry on the north piper, but ...more

Thx for the reply TJ...I appreciate the feedback...I had invested in BUK just prior to Durango and had hung on while it deteriorated after Piper...Glad to see that it has bounced for those who have hung on. Either way sounds like both companies will do quite well.. time will tell...For Paramax shareholders sake...They've gotta hope that BUK drags them along for the ride and includes them with ...more
