Anyone know how volume in Pitchstone trading is reported? 

TMX (TSX Venture Exchange website) says 29,174 shares traded today.  Yet I bought over 30,000 shares myself today.  I can see some of my fills on the TMX website; but others aren't shown (yet were filled).   Doesn't my brokerage need to clear any trades (even if in-house) through the exchange?   Is Pitchstone traded on some other exchange than TSX Venture exchange?

Your orders may have been sent to Alpha. I know TD send day orders to Alpha, I buy with a 2-3 day order to avoid this. Some days there is as many shares that trade on Alph as TSX on some stocks. PITCHSTONE EXPLORATION LTD.

Thanks Birdie - seems TD Waterhouse, and Stockwatch, Yahoo etc. only pick up volume from TMX, and don't count Alpha.  I guess you've got to take reported Volume with a grain of salt.

Yes last THUR. YLO on TSX was 33.4 million shares and also 31.7 million on Alpha but that is never talked aboutso 65 mill. total on those 2 plus OTC in states.
