PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

RE: PYN InsidersI've just taken a look at the insiders (People who work for Poynt Corp) and nobody have sold their shares during the last 12 months (That's how far I was able to go).
So the best persons to know the potentiel of PYN, that's them.
Soif they did not sell any shares it's because they know the potential oftheir company and we don't know all the plans for the future otherwiseit will be easy for the competitors to steal their idea.


There is much to be read into that fact, IMO. I absolutely agree that insiders still see great value in this stock. They have made four to five times their money in the past few weeks and yet they are holding on tight. Why would we do anything except follow their lead?
