PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

This is the truth!

I'm mostly a commodities investor and my biggest holding is Copper Fox Metals. If you look at that chart, you'll see many stagnant days over the past several months. I rode them out. Then today a nice 25 per cent gain.

PYN got my attention because it's an amazing product, an app so practical that millions of people are already using it and millions more will jump on board in the coming months. It's just a matter of maximizing revenue from this ingenious tech invention.

Poynt's s/p rocketed up over the past month and it may take a while before we get that next big jump or it may take off again tomorrow.

Either way, the Copper Fox experience has taught me patience. I'm still long on Copper Fox but I'd like to put some of that profit here someday, if PYN hasn't been bought out by then.
