PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

Hey guys I dug up some interesting informationI sent an email to Poynt asking a few questions. In bold is the response.

Thanks for your interest in Poynt. Responses to your questions below.

1.Will you ever charge a fee to use Poynt? I believe this would really add valueto the company and to the share price.

A: Poynt has no plans to chargefor the app in the near future.

2. Do you think that your company willget a buy out offer from a company such as Google?

A: Management isfocused on continuing to grow the company and add value for the shareholders. Ifan offer were to come in, it would be up to the shareholder's todecide.

3. Would you accept a buy out from another company?

4. What are your predictions in Poynt's share price over the nextfew months?

A: We do not provide share value guidance; as stated in #2,the goal is to grow the company and the valuation (share price) will followsuit.
