Last minute buy

Last minute buy

I entered a buy order for 50,000 @ 2 cents in the last minute of trading for 2 reasons:

1. I am hopeful that these extensions indicate that Poynt has a reasonable chance of continuing business and will keep the common shareholders intact, ... touch wood.

2. I was also hoping to move the closing price back up to 2 cents, but no such luck, even though my order filled. Turns out it was filled on an exchange other than the TSX-V, which shows on Stockwatch as CHI-X. Does anyone know what that exchange is? And why that order fill does not change the closing price? I can guess that only trades on the TSX-V affect the close.

Here's the Stockwatch trades list, with my buy of 50k shown in the last seconds of trade on CHI-X. I didn't want a trade for 1.5 cents to come in after me. But that wasn't an issue ... the exchange was. Oh well, hopefully my 2 cent shares will make money down the road.

GLTAL's.
