Poor management...Why sell down here? They bought an asset for $50m in October 2014 and sell everything including debt for $20m. This might go down as one of the biggest scams ever....days like this make me want to never invest in the market. We could of got close to $1 per share had they sold the assets and paid us out the cash last year. F_me  Got to love this line...trying to make it ...more

I guess these guys never heard of a rights offering to raise the dough to pay down th e debt. That would be non dilutive to participating shareholders. And i wonder what the "nominal consideration" was for cancelling their options. Also, what about the 7p royalty they were working on in xchange for 50p of the concession....couldnt they sell that? also, who was the brain surgeon that shut ...more
