They should tell the truth, when the oil price was tanking and clearly there was over supply in the market, the idiots went out and blew all of their cash on a questionable oil property acquisition that tanked the company. The moment they announced the acquisition I sold the shares and never looked back until I recently saw the news release of a takeover at half the value of the shares prior to the acquisition. Honestly, if I invested like a lot of these company managers I would have been broke a long time ago.
