RE:VIRIDI & EASYJOINTViridi closed with TSX approval Jan 9th.  EasyJoint docs submitted nov 12th & and still o/s.  You would know this if you read the NRs though.  As for why so many things are o/s  - well that is the $1M question with this company.  How long before the TSX says enough already and does a full CTO?  Just checked Sedar - nothing there yet.
