Scoured through ...their website yesterday and quickly noticed how out-of-date it is. These guys don't even have the good sense to keep their website up-to-date. Case in point:
1) LGP - state 14.99% when in fact it is 14.21%; list status as growing - no mention of selling
2) TM - still says only $2M advanced, status as breaking ground & growing early '19
3) LGP - still list stage as LOI ...... closed sep/18; on-site farm/dispensary open e/o '18 ???
4) Viridi - list stage as binding agreement ...... closed dec/18; state lifetime royalty s/b 10 yr
Seriously????? Also, John REFUSES to speak to anyone who asks tough questions and doesn't accept his 'promoter' answers / non-answers. Seems nor does The Howard Group which I find shocking as they are Investor Relations! Listen, mgmt's behavior, performance (or lack of), lack of transparency and disclosure as well as total disregard for the retail investor proves how completely unprofessional & incompetent they are. Could explain the SP being in the tank for the last year.
So wonder if they'll release AFS Thursday and Q1 Friday, will they be late on both or Q1 only? And the questions continue ......
