This is probably one of the most significant pieces of news I’ve read from LGC in a while, and they are hiding it because they don’t want investors to know they are paying themselves more for continuing to underperform and not earn profits. This name change is concerning as well. If the change in name comes with a boot for DL then that would be positive but I highly doubt that at this point. I really wanted to believe in this but I think this report might be the nail in the coffin for me. I will see how the next few weeks play out but if they don’t speak to this increase in compensation and name change and instead do it quietly then I will finally be moving on.

Although a name change and ticker symbol have little effect on the company, it may have an affect on perception of the company from potential investors and herein lies my issue. I've been with the company, on/off, for a couple of years and am now a bagholder. LG has shown ZERO shareholder value with nothing but dilution. All I can see here is luring new and unaware investors to part with their hard earned dollars and potentially more borrowing with even more dilution which will definitely raise the issue of a reverse split in the near future. What a scam this has turned out to be. Hence the reason why directors are rewarding themselves. The nail was placed on the coffin long time ago and the corpse within, that we call LG, has been rotting all along.
