DeflectionTo keep shareholders off their backs at the AGM they pull a rabbit out of the hat. What a poor loss maker it is too.

Suppose it keeps investors minds off the awful management, poor investments to date, late disclosure of bad news, endless dilution, etc

And the fact you'll soon be 2nd class shareholders.
