12. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
Subsequent to September 30, 2021, the Company issued 1,000,000 common shares through the exercise of stock options for gross proceeds of $150,000.
On November 4, 2021, the Company issued 24,000 common shares through the exercise of warrants for gross proceeds of $1,500.
On November 4 and 6, 2021, an aggregate of 6,450,000 and 60,000 warrants expired unexercised, respectively.

” Why would QCX management let 6,450,000 options expire @ 075 cents....just
caught my eye...seems strange to me”.  Must be a reason!

I have seen this before. If you exercise the options, you usually sell the shares for tax purposes (your tax burden is the share price, not the strike) for the sake of a few pennies, its not worth the risk of placing 6.5m shares on the market. That would drop the share price deep into the single pennies.

Thanks,Flop.....that helps...I do read your posts on other Boards quite frequently..you are very informed,appreciate the info! A lot going on especially martiniere etc,, sometimes difficult to figure out proximity of neighbouring drill holes etc. Thanks again...my lean on your expertise as more drilling results start to surface!
