What is going on? Can you answer this?Anybody wonder why on april 25th,  3000 shares got sold at  $0.045 every 10 minute by the same seller and it has been the same buyer most of the time?  And it felt like my bid kept would not get filled even though I know I put a bid for 0.045 long before the others

Is an AI trying to troll another AI??  Major manipulation?
