RE:RE:RE:Don’t you think other telecoms are gonna be all over QNC?FarmerInvestor4, you've nailed things. QNC is loaded full up with small retail investors. Many retail playing on the venture are in the headspace that if they can pull off a double it's time for pop the bubbly. A .50 share price would find them delirious... maybe not so should they see it hit $5. Possible on this one. The next phase of investment will bring in a more sophisticated crowd; one that does their homework and has some realization of both the sector and the tremendous potential value QNC brings to the party.
Contrary to what some here have stated, neither PM or JCP are seeking a quick flip. As a matter of fact, last I (directly) heard, the opposite is true in that down the road they will entertain making acquisitions. That doesn't mean that a buy out won't come about. It simply means don't hold your breath for an early one. I, for one, would be damn pizzed if an early take over gathered the votes before the flower germinates let alone blooms. Thankfully, I know quite a few significant investors here that feel the same way.

Shareholders need to band together and ensure there are no takeovers or no “major stakeholders”.
QNC is on the cusp of ground breaking technology here.... A $65 Million investment increases share price 6X to approx $0.80 per share. This is not good enough!
Shareholders need to let management roll out their vision.... Why succumb to the highest bidder ASAP and limit yourself to one partner?
The US patent covers communication devices. The European Patent (if & when granted), covers the same thing and then QNC has access GLOBAL companies vs. just North American ones...
Personally, I would prefer multiple companies instead of one singular one.
Shareholders need to think bigger picture here. If management can execute their vision, this will be the biggest investment of your lifetime.
My 2 cents
Good Luck to All.

SK Telecom illustrates perfectly the value of the tech opportunity.
I expect the share price to continue to rise.

SK’s 5G network supports up to 2.7Gbps data transmission speed and uses quantum cryptography technologies to eliminate the risk of hacking and eavesdropping.
I think a partner taking a minority interest of 8 million shares at $1.25 would be great .
