Strangely, I don't think the EU has completely responded to QNC's last submission, but are due to do so - like now. I think there is one 'main' foot in the door that is holding things up which is the cause for supplimental info flow. I understand that the patent agents on both sides of the pond are still singing positive sounding songs so fingers crossed.

I thought the number of issues is down to only one or two things so it seems strange that the company would send info on a piece-meal basis.  I also think its safe to say that when the EPO gives a timeline its just a suggestion.
