That's right, the insulator amendment isn't an issue. The new grouping issue involves claims 8-20. I believe they want the dependent claims to be grouped with their corresponding independent claims. Whether this means simply moving the words around on paper or something else, I am not sure. If it is just rearranging the claims, then we're in the clear. In the end it always comes down to whether their amendments affect the desired protection.

Waiting for the NR to confirm everything of course. Hopefully it confirms there is nothing wrong with the patent.
