RE:RE:RE:RE:Interpretation of Intended GrantJust so we're all on the same page here, the debate is not whether the patent is being granted or not. The EPO has decided to grant us the patent and that is certain. The debate is actually whether we think this patent is good enough for us and whether we should fight the amendments.

PM mentioned if they aren't satisfied they would accept the patent, file a continuation application, and continue fighting to get what they want. Again, what we're hoping is the amendments are simply clerical and do not limit the scope of protection. The NR can't come soon enough to clear up this uncertainty. Best case, I would expect a similar timeline as our other EU patent in terms of the NR.
