I floated the idea that QNC's recent desire to explore M&A may have caused individuals at the other company(s) of interest to leak information. Qnc would have no control over this, but it would still be insider buying nonetheless.
And when volume increases in excess of ten fold in a short period of time, you'd have to be blind to say that activity is statistically normal. I'm still hopeful it is due to the EU news, but I'm leaning towards Odelay's theory at this point - the movement of the SP is being manufactured. News release was November 20; its almost been a full month since that news broke... a little too delayed imo.
