I barely buy their "we are not allowed to participate" argument as to why they cannot trade, but we as investors are entitled to know why they have not exercised their options. Management says they wish they could participate but they can't, but they can exercise their options! Why not exercise them if you're so disappointed you cannot participate!? I don't buy it for a second. I want answers.
Even if they choose to answer this question, it will either be informative (hopefully) or it will be a load of rubbish. From this answer alone, investors will be able to decide whether this thing will ever achieve its full potential. I am not buying until they provide a thorough answer to this question.
If they continue to give the "our hands are tied" answer, we will know they are lying and that its time to pack up/take the profits - and there is no refuting this.
