Jcp's statement could be very a conservative statement or could be cold hard reality. I still think the the tech an patents are worth more then current market cap.
JCP has played poker before , if your next step is to participate in a low priced PP will you walk in to the AGM saying things are moving quickly attracting immediate attention to your shares and would you be going on a promotion tour if you , your family and croonies intend to take most of the PP . After the PP promoting and dealmaking will be in the fore front IMO . I expect a great Q2 .
