RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:When timing and opportunity intersect

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:When timing and opportunity intersectjojo, management has now fully commited to buying into the pp. That wasn't always the case.

We just disagree on them possibly keeping the current sp low in order to capitalze on their buy. Them doing so would contravene a whole pile of representations made to investors. Besides, there really isn't any reason to make the quick buck. If QRNG2 is anything like we expect, there is a long timeline for them to dish themselves heavy portions of juicy options later.

Jcp was very convince that its not if but when. The problem is the when. Jcp's statement could be very a  conservative statement or could be cold hard reality. I still think the the tech an patents are worth more then current market cap.

JCP has played poker before , if your next step is to participate in a low priced PP will you walk in to the AGM saying things are moving quickly attracting immediate attention to your shares and would you be going on a promotion tour if you , your family and croonies  intend to take most of the PP . After the PP promoting and dealmaking will be in the fore front  IMO . I expect a great Q2 .

Excellent post FarmerInvestor . Very positive .

What are you saying AbNormAl  , management will not participate in the PP  or

Buy low sell higher   .....Benjamin Graham

JCP is not just a businessman he is also an astute investor .
