I must be a contrarion Munger , why would they buy in the open market and by doing so pay much more for a sizeable position than through a discounted PP which fills the coffers . I do put my money were my mouth is others do it differently , maybe i should try what i have read from one poster ;

To each his own , there is many ways to be right while investing ...my favourite is to sit tight . I am sitting on 2 microcaps at the moment , time will tell if they pay off more than an annual 20% ROI .
