RE:RE:RE:Funding almost complete Acquisition TBA Soon

The purpose of buying another company is to bring in cash flows until we can commercialize the QRNG business. Funding will likely be raised upon announcement of the acquisition - could simply be an all-share deal.
SP will take a hit in the short-term but should appreciate in the long term as a result of cash flows entering the firm. Very curious to see what they will acquire. Could be something as stable as an accounting firm, or they might even scoop up a competitor at these low prices.
