For someone to suggest buying an accounting firm is ludicrous to the extreme.
This Company needs better quality people around it.

The existing team aside from the beautiful mind, Bertrand are all accomplished failures to the smallcap investor community.
Only the lord knows what JC will come up with to protect his fat salary.
With the way he pitches this company, I fear institutions will first shake their heads and politely lose his number.
And the major fact he has no stock position is problematic for many institutional guys who will see him merely as a less motivated pubco guardian collecting a salary.
He better start buying.
Its the only way he will get credibility with me and other potential investors.
