M&A Possibilities

M&A Possibilities1. Acquisition: Mgmt has frequently mentioned acquiring another company in order to deliver cash flows until we can commercialize the QRNG business; whether this will be an all-stock deal, who knows? But it will likely/hopefully be an asset that will deliver stable cash flows. Then again, who knows if it will even happen.
2. Sale: companies like IDQ (SK Telecom) may be looking to take advantage of cheap prices due to COVID and might knock on QNCs door. Mgmt would accept given favourable terms (i.e granting of shares in SK Telecom since they have no shares). They'd be stupid not to accept, frankly.
I would personally prefer the latter as the combination of IDQ's resources and QNC's patents would create a dynamic operation.
