RE:RE:Contiguous Mono-Chatter-Batter

RE:RE:Contiguous Mono-Chatter-BatterYes, we both have been hanging around QNC for a very long while and doing so has held, say, frustrations. I damn well get it. Yep, we 'know' each other and have 'kinda' met at the 2018 AGM, Magus. BTW I've had communications with three that attended this year's AGM; I can convey not all think alike regarding trashing management, but all do indeed have some level of understandable angst.

What I want to convey is that I am neither a believer nor disbeliever in management at this time. I DON'T KNOW yet and, furthermore, I can't really see how anyone else has keener or clearer insight(s).  What I do know that I dislike QNC's public persona namely their website and terrible lacking in ability to communicate, in public at very least, with shareholders. Plus, I do take exception to being told that some website updates were coming.  Additionally,  I am not terribly impressed with M&A discussion that have not materialized or with the scrambled egg pp (which might not be needed btw). I can add a couple lesser concerns, but won't bother here as none of this is really germane if JCP manages to get just ONE thing right... and I happen to think he could well do so!

The sole thingy JCP has to get right is a deal with one OEM. I'll like a couple or three, but one will do the trick. That's it. We'll all walk the town with very full pockets should that be the case. I think targeting OEMs is exactly the right path. Problem is optics. The guy collects $240k/annum and only really talks to 5-7 potentials. Note: I really don't count this M&A crappolla as, if I had my say/way, they really wouldn't go that direction at all. I would prefer them to sit on their soft azzez rather then dilute for non-compatable add ons that are bound to become non-strategic jettisons down the road. Such is life. Bloody optics married with shareholder impatience are the only reasons to compell them to do that M&A imo.

I, as well as you, have done some QNC homework. Others on the SH board have indicated (privately) to me that their 'take' and research has left them unimpressed with JCP. Mine is the opposite. I know the game JCP was in prior to coming into QNC as I've been in the very same game. It is a game wherein you "eat what you kill". He "killed" meaning JCP is very capable of gettting to the deal finish line. As an aside, I along with an astute (you're welcome lol) friend, spent a couple hours talking with JCP pre-AGM. There is nothing he proferred that we could poke holes in post-conference. Nothing. We concluded that JCP has a "deep end", is a very strategic thinker that carefully and thoughtfully measures responses... just that way we had hoped he would and should. SH folks find fault; we do not... THUS FAR.

Now, please humour me, Magus, and think about this one little ditty: If you were at the QNC helm with this little piddly-azz valuation (meaning under $50mm), just why on earth would you be screaming from the roof tops about your special tech?  If it's so "special" that is.  I sure that hellll wouldn't be running off to conferences letting everyone know we have one-of-a-kind tech to be had in the Bargain Basement Department! I would run that company so far under the radar that you wouldn't hear a bloody faint fart from me until some of those stars started to align and deal flow commenced. To that end JCP IS talking to the Tier 1 Whos Who in the game --- AND please don't come back with SK/IDQ excepting to point out like FarmerInvestor does, that there is gold in them-thar hills.

That SK/IDQ deal was an outlier for a few reasons many of you know given dd. There is ample value in recent SK/IDQ movement though. With their budgetary heft, they are paving the way for the industry to adopt stronger protocals. Said protocols, if adopted, will abet and mandate the marketplace transition QNC's way faster. So, good luck SK/IDQ! Go get 'em! Be the market leader in the space... if meant to be. "I'd be happy with 30% of the marketplace." is what PM has always stated. That is one fukk of a lot of smart phones and IoT to my way of thinking! 'Nuff for me anyways... and 'nuff of me here.

Have a pleasant day, Magus. We'll cross paths again one day... to either laugh or cry.

Abnormal you might think differently if you were at the AGM and heard directly what was did.

you know me I have been here for years and was more
involved then most.

At this point it's not about if they are the right path that is all subjective .  I question now if they are on any path and have done any work at all the last 3 years. From what was said directly from managment a mouth to where we are right now the answer is a big NO.  Will I be proven wrong in the future , I hope so but I suspect
not.
