So next step a functional chip , then possible commercialization. If big buyers show up that should be an indication that the chip is viable . If QNC finally reaches a commercial deal the PPS will increase significantly. A lot of water under the bridge spreckle with lies but the original objective seems to be still alive . Happy Wednesday

I am pretty sure the grant will be allowed this is not an issue I believe but that does not cover all costs this is why they cut on management to keep some basic cash flow to continue up until cmos is ready.
