BILLIONS OF CUSTOMERS I think we need to have a better understanding how venture stock run.. director on board receive no salaries, no compensation other them expenses assist to board meeting in person.. nothing if the board meeting is by conference call.. they just receive some options and nothing warranty them they will make money in back for time on board..
Miron.. come on ! This guy received around 60k per year work 5 days per week.. he did give his best effort to keep the finance of the company in good standing and to give answer to shareholders and investors with information JCP shared with him.

So it's easy to bash them but you don't understand it's management team who drive the company and venture company has a little management team.. I agree with you... JCP wasn't the good guy to drive the company. This guy is just a big assh... and he didn't say real thing to shareholders and board directors..
Only good job was to secure and complete amendment patents.. all trips for conference, trade show or whatever was just for his personnal benefit.
big mistake to had keeping him in the driver seat.. but in the last 3 years all the former members of the council who tried to confront him or try to have precise details of his schedule or to wanted set up a procedure for monitoring the work accomplished in order to know from day to day the progress and development of business of the company have unfortunately undergone a smear campaign from him to other members of the Board. and they chose to leave this rotten atmosphere instead of continuing to fight against him so as not to harm society. JCP is an imbued and angry person using resignation threats and the like, he has for too long been successful in fooling directors.
Here is the real story behind us.. and all the sh..it.. left in its path must now be assumed by the members in place. Yes they have a responsibility in this sad reality but in fact they were betrayed like all of us. And in the light of the latest developments I take my hat of to them for having taken matters seriously and not for having left the ship and wash theirs hands.
They deserve that we are behind them and support them in their efforts to take QNC to the next step.
