I remember how difficult it was to obtain the European patent, it required a lot of exchange of arguments about the patent even the patent examinor was questionning the patent that it was not something new but a copy of something that existed already. They finally manage to get it after a lot of discussion and round robbing....Not even sure this patent worth anything after all, other are already developing Quantum random number generator tech on cmos....A patent worth something if you have a product to protect and even though u have a product u need to go to court and sue. QNC has no proven products....
