RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Ask yourselves...

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Ask yourselves...I guess a fair comment re: "rosy glass", Magus, though I take do take some exception to the term "dreamer" that followed, but have it your way.

I try to do my homework at least and then put down significant coin when I assess the proper risk/reward - which I obviously found favourable here. No, didn't work out well, but so it goes in this risky game on the venture which is the way it has always been. No regrets. Win some, lose some. One thing, you don't see me pathetically wiping away my teary eyes off on this SH forum or hanging around for my pretty much daily morning cry session as you do.

My comments were a result of having face-to-face convos, attendance at the intial AGM and numerous phone convos with PM and, to a lesser extent, JCP/new Officers. I also provided feedback gleaned from a reliable and astute friend who maintained solid QNC contact. Not much more that I/we could do apart from keeping abreast with industry and patent developments like some others have done.

"No offense", Magus, but your comments seem to come from you "dreaming" of some particular keen insight as to what both JCP and PM did with all their time along your terrific knowledge base of the workings and needs within the cyber security framework. Most commonly though, is your oft repeated monologue of bitttching, moaning and informing this forum how smart you are... with very little else of any true relevance apart from a report back from the second AGM.

Thing is, if you were as astute and insightful as you boast, how is it that you didn't sell in the teens and 20's, but are still groaning on this board on a near daily basis? I guess all that gift of insight left you in the very same place as those that attemped true DD. That, or it would appear as if you don't have the backbone to act on your long held knowledge of which you incessantly brag. LOL

Magus22 wrote: No offence Ab but you have been the the rosy glass dreamer since day 1,  so many stories about how they had things lined up just waiting for patents.., all
kinds of M&A that never happened and even last week about another potential company getting  involved which is all caca. You thought I was foolish  when I told you jcp would be gone before the end of the year then miron as well. Like it or not I have the best track record on this board of predicting the reality of the situation. So here is some final insight for everyone.  90% chance  the board goes bye bye in the next 3 months when there's no more money left to keep the lights on. Until then they are "trying  " to get some value for what they have but are only doing it half asssed or "part time" to be polite. Here's a great idea for everyone left have someone call the company " they won't answer they nevwr do"  and leave a message saying I'm interested on licensing or buying the technology please call me back.  If they dont call you back it means were
done because even if someone wants to make an offer they don't care or return messages.  If they do call back we have a chance.  Good luck
