QNC has been a terrible investment and management has certainly played a major role. Regardless of what JCP did or didn't do, CFO PM backed us into a terrible corner.
As for calling them under false pretense, I won't. In my earlier post I stated why it made sense to me that there is already a deal cooking. That scenario is all that makes any sense to me so I'll still rest with my instincts. I'd be fairly certain that there are others here that will accommodate your request in the event you do not care to yourself.

Here an idea Why don't you call them and leave a message saying you want to make an offer for the company and see if they call you back. If they don't call you back then you know for sure they are leaving in 3 months.
