YOU GUYS ARE PRETTY MUCH SAYING THE SAME THING.. After the PP, the float now consists of 100 and something million shares. All the new shares that were issued are subject to a hold period of 4 months plus a day. So, the 40 million issued in the PP they can not be traded until mid May.
Yes I was contacted, and yes I participated. Why wouldn't I. I love the company, I've been a shareholder since 2017, I continue to hold and I can tell you that unless the price skyrockets between now and May (close to $1) I will not be selling any shares. I think the potential is far more than .30-.50 or even .60 cents a share.
